Every booking came in as a Facebook message or email. No structure, no overview, no way to manage it properly.
Invoices were written by hand — one by one, for every single order.
After every shoot, WeTransfer links were created manually and sent by email. One by one.
Facebook was used as a makeshift gallery system. Clients had to scroll through posts themselves to find their photos — no search, no structure.
Payment options were limited to Twint, PayPal, and bank transfer. Every payment had to be followed up manually.
